In fact if there's a way to put this off, I'm you're guy :)

If you don't want to wash the car's mirrors, I know of two horses that will make the mirrors disappear so you don't have to wash them anymore.

One of the gas stations here (Petro Canada) has a pretty good drive-through
car wash. You can also buy a card with 6 pre-loaded washes on it, which is what I do.

I usually park under a tree and sometimes that tree is home to some birds, which makes a car wash necessary... ;)

Yes.. Make sure your vehicle is silver/gray. I haven't washed
my silver/gray Toyota in at least 10 years now. Looks fine.

it's black, my wife wanted that colour... and while it looks nice, it only
does when the birds and trees are at bay

Actually, mine are very well behaved. When in doubt, they approach whatever they want to bite slowly, while you are watching. That way they give you time to tell them "No!" if it happens to be forbidden.

About once or twice per month they do something they know is forbidden in front of you as a challenge, as if testing it you are still in charge :-( I remember once my Hispano-Bretón mare crossed a gate she knew she was not supposed to cross, and stood looking at me with that naughty face of hers. "Look, I am breaking the rules, what are you gonna do about it?" They usually fall back in line once you start cursing and swearing and telling them you don't love them anymore.

For the record, I lost just a single mirror to horses :-)

This is good thing indeed :)

Usually when I discuss cars the subject of biting horses does not come up but it seems there's a time and place for everything :)
