• FSXnet problems

From MegaMan@21:1/101 to All on Thu Jan 29 03:47:27 2026
I haven't been getting any FSXnet mail in a few weeks. Is anyone else have a problem? When I try using areafix to rescan I get 0 mail rescanned.

    Thanks,
    RickV

    Howdy MegaMan,

    You getting this?

There hasn't been a lot of action from what I can see, but BBS Ads and some of my posts in Mystic support are there for sure. If you're getting those then you're good.

What does sending ping to 21:1/101 return for you?

    Cheers,

OK, you might want to look at your logs.

Hub 3 gets mail from Hub 1, which is what you are connected to, and the mail is flowing fine from what I can see.

No, I connect with the Net 1 hub and today received 9 messages in this echo,
2 in Gaming, and 3 in HAM. I have not noticed any days without some messages in some echoes.

Strange. I have logged onto Agency BBS and left Paul Hayton/Avon a couple of messages, and also sent him am E-mail, but no reply.

He's moving, or building a new house... Not really plugged in ATM as per some messages from December/earlier this year.

Paul is busy with life at the moment. Some of it he messaged about recently (but maybe you didnt get it).

You seem to be getting messages OK, but if it is a problem still on some echos, then I can give you a feed from hub 3 until he is back on deck.

    Call out if it'll help...
