    and ready to do same editing , but it's ver 7 and no postie
    but maybe I have done same thing wrong for it not to be there.
    so my question is how do I upgrade to 8 with postie there

    APAM is the creator of TALISMAN, so his replies trump my info..

    I run TALISMAN on a Raspberry Pi and you can just grab the new 0.8
    version and follow the install instructions @
    talismanbbs.com/docs/debian from the "Unpack the Tarbell" section thru
    the "Create Links" section.

    talismanbbs.com/docs/debian steps.

    :P I know, from experience, that if you follow that set of instructions to the t
    ee you'll upgrade TALISMAN really easily. Yes, you upgrade TALISMAN
    *in* the current directory you have it installed to. (You untar the new archived file into the build directory and then build it to the main directory.)

    I well go through set of instructions set by step to make sure I get it right.

    The only part I forgot to post is that... you'll have to add a build of postie, the three commands that you do for servo, talisman and toolbelt. :P


    You also have to build postie. :P
    Thats it tho... it'll be all upgraded after that.
