I've done some work on timezone related stuff, if you update please run:

make clean

before building.

Timezones are now shown next to dates when viewing a message editor, I
still need to think about how to do it on the bbs side..

I always do that, it doesn't take much longer and that way I know
there are no little issues. :)

I'm going to start tossing mail on the MagickaBBS side of things
today or tomorrow. I found my old batch file to copy the packets
before ezycom tosses them. (Don't want to setup as a point again as
I'm only apache away from switching off the windows box). Just hating
apache and putting it off. lol
