    Dear Avon,

    I just uploaded ansiuv09.zip to Agency BBS.

    It's basic ANSI viewer.

    What's a bit different is it supports UTF-8.

    And You can scroll the file by one line or page.

    Please consider the possibility to hatch this file
    to Your NET.
