Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\Rob\AppData\Local\Temp\ups.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.
Try looking in the "StartUp" section and delete anything that
looks like you don't recognize. Perhaps ups.exe is a remnant
of something you installed, but the StartUp reference wasn't
cleanup by the aut-Uninstall process properly.
Any thoughts of where a command to run a program could be hidden where it would run during boot-up? Since the ups.exe file doesn't exist on the computer it would seem like something that was either stopped from installing or something that was deleted from the Temporary folder.
I think even searching through the registry for "ups.exe" might
reveal some clues.
