Title: Hibiscus Iced Tea

1 c Water
5 Dried hibiscus flowers -OR-
1 ts Crushed dried hibiscus
- flowers
Ice cubes

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add
hibiscus flowers and let stand 5 minutes. Strain tea. Serve in a
chilled glass over ice.
