1/2 c Butter
2 c Water
1 tb Dry mustard
1/4 c Sugar
3 tb Salt
3 tb Chili powder
3 tb Worcestershire
2 c Dry wine
1 lg Can tomato paste
1 c Vinegar
Tobasco sauce; to taste
4 tb Paprika
1 Onion; chopped fine
1 tb Garlic powder
Mix ingredients--boil gently for 30 minutes. For best results allow
ribs to soak in sauce overnight before using. When ready to barbecue,
allow sauce to drip off ribs. Baste often on both sides, until tender
and dark brown.
