Artichoke And Parmesan Dip

1/3 c Artichoke hearts
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Scallions -- sliced,
- white and green part
1 cl Garlic -- minced
1/4 c Unflavored yogurt
1/4 c Parmesan -- grated
1/4 ts Pepper

Place artichokes, mayonnaise, scallions, and garlic in a blender
container. Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl
and stir in the yogurt, pepper, and cheese.
