6 c Water
2 c Bulgur
2 Onions; chopped
3 ts Curry powder
2 c Dry milk
2 cn Tuna
1 c Raisins
1/3 c Peanuts
Coconut flakes; topping
1 sm Cauliflower head; chopped
Start cooking bulgur in water. When half-cooked, add cauliflower and
onions. Cover and steam.
When bulgur is almost cooked, add peanuts, raisins, tuna, and curry
powder. Stir gently and simmer.
Add dry milk and more water if stew is too thick. Simmer until
cauliflower and onions are tender.
Add coconut flakes and serve!
