Yield: 24 servings
2 1/2 lb Chicken wings
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Barbecue sauce
1/2 c Honey
1 c A-P flour
2 ts Salt
2 ts Paprika

Cut wings into 3 sections; reserve wing tip sections for stock making.
In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, barbecue sauce and honey.
Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to about 1 cup.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, paprika and
pepper. Add wings, a few at a time, and toss to coat.
In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375ºF/190ºC. Fry
wings, a few at a time, until no longer pink, 3-4 minutes on each

sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
