Hello All!
While trying to sort out another error ive been looking at my
binkd.log and I have noticed many errors in the log and I am
hoping that someone may be able to send me in the right
direction to track down what it means and maybe where I can look
to sort it out?

i'm not sure but it looks like a dns error.
Do you have a node like that looks similar to
node 1:396/45@fidonet -md bbs.sursum-corda.com:24554 xxxxxxx
Make sure the domain name you put here is working with whatever tool
you have, nslookup or dig. The port number is optional and will use the
24554 default, it should be separated from the hostname with a colon.
My guess is you did a type on the hostname.
That said, it looks like you might be relying on binkd's dns to do the resolving. To make sure your resolver is working
To look up my bbs at 1:124/5016 I'd use
$ dig f5016.n124.z1.binkp.net +short
endofthelinebbs.com.
192.138.210.158
Hope that helps a little.
